Where to Visit

Visitor Testimonials (510)

We stayed at Affittacamere La Torre that is located straight across this wonderful restaurant. And our biggest regret was that we didn’t eat here more than one evening during our stay.. The food was really something else. You MUST VISIT this place! Book a table, and then you just enjoy the ride. The owners are amazing, the care behind the ingredients, the strive for excellence in every bite shines through in everything they do. They will gladly serve you the food, tell you stories behind the food, the trial and errors they had to overcome to get to the result that you are enjoying. They won’t upsell you, rather the other way around they will recommend just the right amount to eat so you can enjoy a full course meal. We enjoyed 4 course in total - along with an amazing sourdough bread with local olive oil. This is authenticity manifested in its purest form. Thank you, and I’ll hope we’ll be back some day.

Great place. Great taste. But also the service is very accurate. And the person in charge of service always with a story around food and place.

We came here after a hike up a nearby mountain and wow! Delicious food for very reasonable prices. The wine list was long, the servers were friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxing. We are students traveling on a budget and were able to get primi, desert, and wine (shared) for around 22€ each, which includes the coperto. 100% recommend!

We were visiting friends who live just outside Bologna and they took us to this lovely restaurant on the hillside. The food and wine are absolutely delicious (my favorite was the orange duck) and so reasonable. The chef owner was so friendly and informative and spoke excellentEnglish as well! It was such a pleasure I wish we did not have to wait until we visit again next year. Perhaps the owner and his family will visit us in the US

Great modern interpretation of classic italiaan dishes. Excellent taste, texture and colour. Also a really nice vegetable dish. Pigeon is really difficult to make with a perfect cuison. Nice people. Spoke English. I had two local wines with great taste. A really nice experience.

Wow, what a great place. The food is wonderful, the wine is delicious but it is the service that makes the difference. Highly recommended

Wow. We had an absolutely wonderful dinner here. All of the food was of the highest quality. Perfect service, attentive but not overbearing by the chef himself, Andrea, who talked us through all the dishes in detail, and cautioned us not to over order (the opposite of upselling, honesty very much appreciated). Flexible about our dietary requirements and made substitutions for us. Delicious wine. Fresh, perfectly cooked pasta, delicate desserts. All in a beautiful, peaceful location with a calm atmosphere. Thank you!

The restaurant was opened just three weeks ago, wich explains why there are as few reviews as there are. We highly recommend you go there, we enjoyed our lunch of great quality cuisine, that shows the commitment and love vor good food of the chef. He is a really nice guy by the way, we had a very sympathetic conversation with him. He also came out of the kitchen just to translate the whole menu for us.
